For the first timer since 2019, the Keizer Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints held their annual Prom on Saturday, May 21.
The event was planned and organized with the integral participation of the Keizer Stake Youth Committee consisting of a group of young women and men from Keizer, Salem, Woodburn, Silverton, and Hubbard/Aurora. The theme of the event was “An Evening at Hogwarts” and featured decorations, food and a photo booth with props from the wizarding world of Harry Potter. The dance was attended by over 140 youth of different beliefs from throughout the region.
