What took the Keizer Planning Commission two months to approve only took several minutes for the Keizer City Council on Monday.
By a 6-1 vote, councilors agreed recreational vehicles can be parked on church property for up to 90 days a calendar year, while RVs on residential property will be limited to 30 days. The issue came up due to complaints from a neighbor to the Keizer Truth Tabernacle Church.
Planning Commission members last month reached the same conclusion after a contentious 4-3 vote.
