An appeal with the City of Keizer is being replaced with a … sidewalk?

People from two groups, as well as city attorney Shannon Johnson, confirmed that is indeed the case.

In December, Kevin Hohnbaum and the group Keep Keizer Livable (KKL) filed an appeal to the Keizer Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) in light of the Keizer City Council approving a remand of an Area C Keizer Station decision. In theory, that could have set off an extended appeal process, much like what happened in 2011.

Now, that won’t be happening.
