Keep Keizer Livable has filed its notice of intent to appeal the Keizer Station Area C decision that’s likely to bring the city’s first Walmart.

The neighborhood group is represented by Kenneth Helm, who has represented Walmart opponents in Medford and is also the attorney fighting a proposed rock quarry in Sherwood.

City officials received notice May 9; however, the brief filing doesn’t state the grounds for the appeal.
